- Rapid-setting: Allows full traffic at 70°F (21°C) in as little as 60 minutes and light traffic in 30 minutes
- Colorfast: Maintains consistent color and resists fading and discoloration under normal conditions
- Non-staining: Does not leave residual concrete stains on normal slab surfaces
